Welcome to Inhale. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Brackets Store Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which operates the Inhale mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

- Stress management and relaxation
- Sleep preparation and quality improvement
- Focus and concentration
- Energy and general wellbeing
What Inhale Does NOT Provide
Inhale is NOT a medical device. It does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does NOT provide medical advice, therapy, or professional healthcare services. Inhale is a general wellness tool only.
3. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
THIS APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. Inhale is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER before starting any new wellness routine, including breathwork exercises. This is especially important if you:
- Have any pre-existing medical conditions (heart disease, respiratory disorders, anxiety disorders, etc.)
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are taking any medications
- Have a history of dizziness, fainting, or seizures
- Are under the age of 18
STOP IMMEDIATELY if you experience:
- Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
- Chest pain or difficulty breathing
- Severe anxiety or panic
- Numbness or tingling
- Any other unusual or uncomfortable symptoms
Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen. In the United Kingdom, call 999 for emergencies or 111 for non-emergency NHS advice. For mental health support, contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7).
DO NOT USE Inhale as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Inhale. In the United Kingdom, if you are aged 13 to 15, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using Inhale, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
5. Your Account and Anonymous Use
Inhale is designed to be used anonymously. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any real-world identity to use the App. Your in-app data is associated with an anonymous identifier generated on your device.
If you purchase a premium subscription, your subscription is linked to your Apple ID through the Apple App Store. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for any activity that occurs under it.
6. Licence Grant and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or your licence to it
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks connected to it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems
- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or harvest information from or about other users
- Use the App to harm minors or for any other unlawful purpose
7. Subscriptions, Billing and Auto-Renewal
Inhale is free to download and includes a free tier. Some features are available only through a paid subscription ("Premium").
7.1 How billing works
- All Premium purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID.
- Payment is taken upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Current pricing is shown in the App before you confirm any purchase.
7.2 Auto-renewal
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of your original purchase, unless we have given you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
7.3 Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7.4 Free trials
If we offer a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel. Only one free trial per user per subscription tier is available.
7.5 Price changes
We may change the price of a subscription from time to time. If we do, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice via the App or by email (if you have provided one) before the new price takes effect. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to it.
8. Refunds and 14-day Cancellation Right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund.
Important — consent to start Premium immediately
By tapping the subscribe button and starting a Premium session, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content to you immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Regulations. You are free not to subscribe if you do not agree to this.
Discretionary refunds outside of that right are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly because we never receive your payment — Apple does.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, code, designs, and branding — are owned by Brackets Store Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Inhale" and the Inhale logo are trademarks of Brackets Store Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Your licence to use the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inhale only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the App by any third party. The restrictions listed in Section 6 (Licence Grant and Restrictions) apply at all times.
11. Disclaimers
Subject to Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
- We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular wellness outcome.
- Any wellness techniques, content, or guidance in the App are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.
Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights that you have as a consumer which cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- We are not liable for any health issues or medical complications arising from your use of breathwork techniques, subject always to the carve-outs above.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the total amount you paid to us (through the Apple App Store) in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brackets Store Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, or reasonable legal costs arising from (i) your misuse of the App, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any rights of another person or entity. This section does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence or breach of these Terms, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have an active Premium subscription, you will need to cancel it through the Apple App Store as described in Section 7.3 — deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the App, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, show a notice in the App. Your continued use of Inhale after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. However, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
17. Apple App Store Terms
The following applies to the App as distributed via the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Brackets Store Ltd only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
